You can personalize your Etsy order directly on the item page in the little box called “Add Personalization.” If you don’t see this option, you can send us a direct message via Etsy and we will manually add it to your order.

We request that all address changes happen on the the day the order is placed. We have a fairly quick turnaround time so any requests should be made asap.

Our current turnaround is 1-3 business days depending on the design. This is the time it take for us to make your labels, and shipping times are seperate.

Most orders shipped with standard USPS First Class take about 3-6 business days within the US.
